Ok given that I missed something you said in your first post, are you assigning the ILS frequencies to channels using the old ACM or the AMS?

I'm using AMS. Just flew another ILS at KCHO. Screenshot attached.

You have the TP/ADV addon installed as well as the J/S base package?

Yes, I have the TPADV installed. I do not have VRS's TacPack product though.

Honestly not sure what to think because they work fine here. May have to wait until you get our next installer.
