Sure, it's coming up with a "not responding" box then shuts down. Here is the error report.

I don't know how I missed this....It looks like you are running FSX SP2 not Acceleration. It is stated on the purchase page that F-4 requires Acceleration or later (like FSX SE). It will always crash on SP2 because SP2 is missing some vital features for the afterburner.

I don't understand, I've got fsx gold edition so fsx acceleration should be installed right? I'm also running a couple of PMDG aircraft with no problems and a couple more milviz aircraft, so I'm a bit confused.

I would suggest that you make sure.

There are several MV aircraft that will work without Acceleration and, afaik, all PMDG will as well.

Never mind, I've just re installed fsx acceleration, all okay now. Thanks for your help.
