Do you get any error messages when the AMS opens?

I have solved the sounds issues turns out I had put them in the wrong folder. NWS still wont engage and as you can see the throttles are not at idle even though I have idled the throttle on my joystick.

Look under settings... (i'm sorry but this kind of thing is beyond the purview of our support).

It's obvious that the problem now is related to the calibration of your controls and not our product.

Without any disrespect, you will have to find and follow the instructions for calibration on your own. If, at that time, you find that the F-4 is still causing the issues, then come back and let us know.

Thanks.

Not quite. The buttons are not something that can be calibrated and that is not what the issue is here.

When I asked about error messages, I meant in the AMS configuration tool, not FSX. That said, we are on the verge of releasing a service pack for the F-4s which updates things for P3D v3.4 but also includes a number of fixes.
