Hello,
I have the same problem. I experienced crashes in P3D V3.3 with both Phantom II versions E and J/S.
Would be very pleased for a solution.

Thank you vor advice

Hello Milviz team.

I just got a crash to desktop as well, with the F-4E. The sim crashed with no error message, and there are no events in the windows even viewer. :?
(last event was 10 minutes before my sim crash).

Here is a summary of the situation:
My aircraft was set to Cold&Dark from the utility program from Milviz.
I was at the parking, loaded the plane with fuel tanks and AA missiles, and activated the GPU.
Then I activated the two GENs, set the parking brake (emergency), activated the anti-skid, activated the exterior lights. All was working fine.
Then I activated the engine 1 master switch, and triggered the starter.
After a few seconds, I clicked on the throttle to unlock it (like in the Sabre, right?), and then, instead of spooling up the engine, the sim crashed immediately without warnings.

My computer:
Windows 7 64 up to date, UAC disabled.
i7 960 @3,7 GHz
6 Gb RAM
Asus GTX 970
P3D 3.3.5 with SimConnect installed (SP2 Acceleration), running as admin.
Active Sky up to date, sitting at Solenzara Airbase in Corsica, weather was fairly good (a few clouds in the blue sky, nothing heavy for the ressources).
VRS TacPack up to date
FPS were set to unlimited, and were stable around 30's. Sim was smooth.

It sounds like you guys didn't get the latest installer that updates the F-4 to work with v3.3.5.

...the latest installer that updates the F-4 to work with v3.3.5.
... is vA1.160306
Please request update from your vendor.

(If anyone is wondering about the version numbers, these last two updates were numbered YYDDMM, not YYMMDD. vA1.160306 is the most recent release. Future releases will revert to the YYMMDD convention.)

My archives on my disk:
- for the F-4E is "MilViz_F-4_E_vA1.160409.zip".
- for the F-4J is "MilViz_F4_vA1.160114_SJ.zip".

On Sendowl, the link I get are:
- "MilViz_F-4_Phantom_II_E_vA1.160306.zip".
- "MilViz_F-4_Phantom_II_SJ_vA1.160306.zip"

So if I understand Kat's message above, I should dowload from Sendowl again ?

Yes, these are the most recent versions.

Thanks again Kat.
I confirm the new version you mentionned solved the problem. I could start a flight and start the aircraft without issues. Takeoff for a short test flight, with no nav systems at all (all VFR) just to disccover the airplane, quite smooth and enyoable;
However, I ran into three issues:
- the afterburners didn't work. I set them to trigger at 90% with the configuration tool, but it didn't do the trick. The throttle levers are going to 100% in the cockpit though. Did I forget to activate some fuel pumps or something ?
- after takeoff, I noticed my aircraft was rolling slightly to the left... perhaps some trim issue ? My joystick is fine and calibrated correctly, all the other planes fly ok (including payware complex jets)
- a few minutes after takeoff, I got a crash to desktop with no warnings. And again, no events in the event observer. I don't know if this is because of the Phantom or a problem in P3D v3.3.5.

1: Try assigning a key command for the burners in the ACM, or check the box that says engage by throttle position.
2: Was Roll SAS active?
3: If you can repeatedly replicate this let me know.

Sorry for my late answer, the upgrade of my computer to Win10 has significantly delayed all of my sim sessions. I only got my sim to work properly again a few days ago.
I'm going to check your recommendations asap, and will come back here for feedback.
Thanks a lot for your answers.

I confirm the recommendations above have worked correctly, at least with the F-4J.
I had indeed selected the wrong checkbox in the configuration tool. Now my afterburners work perfectly.
The rolling has dissappeared as well, but I'm not too sure about the reason for it.
Anyways, thanks a lot :)
