Install on FSX + P3DV4 but only one MVAMS

Have done a 2nd Installation of the F-4E on my new P3DV4.
During this Installation a new MVAMS popped up for updating, what I did.
So far, so good. After this 2nd Installation the new MVAMS disappeared
and is nowhere available anymore. Means only the Version for the former
FSX installs is still there but nothing to configure the new P3DV4 Installation.
Any ideas?

If you mean the new orange and white MVAMS, there is only one configurator for all simulators now. It is no longer sim specific.

Means this I cannot configure individually for every Simulator?
How can I select the 2 F-4E´s?

Yes. One set of settings for all simulators.

How are the automated updates controlled then?
Does this mean I also can only update one sim?

When you do the first update, don't open the AMS until you have gone to the AMS directory\Downloads and copied out the exe file there (That is the installer). Then run that installer for your other sims before opening the AMS again.
