the colors almost look like 16bit.....

okay I gotta it......Please note if you use DX10 Fixer...You have to scan for new textures....this I didnt do...ooops...but everything seems okay now..........Sorry about that
- Run the DX10 Fixer scan before you start if U use DX10 Fixer.....

Turning your front and rear flood lights on and off also helps.

I think maybe the trick cause it happend again after I reloaded another time later in the day.....not sure if somthing I did
