Install in P3D V4.5

Okay, I have the standard F-4E with the TP module. I have installed it in P3D V4.5 but it does not work. It freezes and CTD after a few seconds. That one works fine in FSX. Is it a safe assumption that I would need the Advanced model for it to work in V4.5? I am seriously thinking about purchasing the F-4J/S Advanced model also. Is it a safe assumption the the Advanced J/S model will work in V4.5?
