VC-10 would be magnificent, but doubt there would be any popular support for it, which is a shame as it has beautiful lines to it.

Well I thing, lot of us are flying online on IVAO or VATSIM.
Then, making a addon that can satisfie military addicts & airliners addict could give you a bigger amount of customer.

A VC10, C135, C5, C17, L1011, C141, KC10.... all of these are old or actual plane & fully playable as classic airliner ;)

One aircraft that can be overlooked is the Saab 340 (believe it or not). Models can include the Saab 340 MSA (Maritime Security Aircraft) as well as
the Saab 340 AEW&C (Airborne Early Warning and control). But for the civilian airliner market, there is the Saab 340A/B for regional airline buffs.
You would then appeal to the civilian market, military market, law enforcement market, and SAR market.
(Not to mention there is no Saab 340 payware to my knowledge).

The only Saab 340 I've seen is the FFS Saab 340 which was very nice at the time, and even today the exterior model is as nice visually as many other current payware. Sadly the FFS Saab hasn't been available for quite some time. You might be happy to know that another developer has already announced plans to do the Saab 340, whether or not they plan to do any of the military variants I'm not too sure.

Razbam. They've already started on the Embraer 120 so that'll be the next one once their Metro is released, after the E120 the Saab 340 is next in line and then the PC-12NG.

Fair enough I suppose. Not sure if it'll get done in a timely manner but I think at least SOMEONE will get those aircraft done at some point...as long as all you developers keep delivering all these great turboprops i'm happy and have no complaints :D

I for one would love to see the KC-135R with the upgraded avionics, but some of the other classic airliners would be awsome as well

Doing an early KC-135 would mean you could also make a good civi 707, which would definitely complement the 707 to fly.

No it doesn't. The KC-135A and the 707-100 have almost nothing in common. Less than 20% of the parts were even similar enough to be able to use the same assemblies once production started. This is because of the widening of the upper fuselage to fit 6-abreast seating, larger vertical stabilizer, and a refined wing in addition to a different landing gear assembly and attach points. The only time 707 parts were put on KC-135's was when the USAF bought most of American Airlines' retired 707 fleet and put the engines and tails from them onto KC-135As that then became KC-135Es.
