No pilot at all

Help please
I've solved some problems redownloading and reinstalling the copter excluding every possible antivirus, operating as Administrator so I think I've followed all the indications received.
But I still can't see the pilot.
My OS is Windows 10 Professional, but it's the first time I've such a problem.
I made an installation on an old PC still using XP and FSX SP2 and the pilot is there! The download was the same, I didn't operate as Administartor and I haven't excluded the anti virus, so I don't understand why it doesn't works in FSX/SE under win10 Pro.
I've copied the fiels from the old PC to the actual, but nothing changed.
I haven't P3D so I can't make a trial in it.
I really love this copter, sound and flying characteristics are superb, wonderful model, just this little thing that made it anthipatic to me.
