'If you sell our stuff and don't pay us, what does that make you? A pirate?'

You may have seen rumours of trouble at The FlightSim Store.

It has been some time now that they have not paid us. Efforts to contact them over the last few months have met with no response.

It is with regret that we have to ask you not to buy our products from The FlightSim Store until further notice.

Out of curiosity, has there been any discussion among the development community to organize a Demand Letter to have their products de-listed and payment made? I know that filing legal action, especially for multi-national online companies, is extremely expensive, but this might be a case where a group of you guys can share the burden to get something done.

I have been notified by another company of them not being paid by the FlightSim Store. I have since had to pay a little extra to have my account transferred to another website so that I can download their software again. So sad that this sort of stuff happens. I will never purchase anything from FlightSim Store again.

Allegedly going into liquidation. Payment to creditors looks unlikely.

Had an -Maikl from them today advertising a liquidation clearance sale for Hardware. Not much good to me in UK after import duties.

I lost a fair bit to the Flightsimstore. Mostly FTX software that I have had to re-buy. Shame as I bought lots of software and hardware there.

If we can provide proof of purchase will Milviz make updates to their products available to us who purchased from another source that has gone under? And if so what is the process for doing this?

By all accounts FSP have gone the way of the dodo. Email me for more info. If you have the Rex/Milviz WX Advantage standalone, you should contact Rex as we don't handle the sales side.

From memory I purchased my C-310R and the B-55 from FSS. I have lost both in a hard drive failure a few months ago.
