I found out the problem was due to 4 other textures I had put in. 4 Kings and a Queen ,Darling Dottie, Elise and Malobola. I found them on line before the new texture release.When I removed them and reconfigured the file all is well. Who knew?

I notice that some of the new textures have not got the "specular" texture added to them, these are the USAF 096,165,329, and 537 yet 421 has them installed. Are they supposed to be missing or missed in error?

All of the liveries share some textures in common, all of which are located in the default ..\textures folder. In that folder are both specular and bump bitmaps that're used if the livery you chose doesn't have its own versions.

This is a feature unique to FSX and allows us to keep the installation's file sizes as small as possible. There's little point in having fourteen or more copies of the exact same bitmap after all!

A few liveries have some custom specs. This is done to enhance special effects like matt or reflecting areas

I just got the liveries, installed, but I cant find them in game. What should I do?

Im not sure what this is supposed to mean:

You have to manually enter the CFG entries which are provided (they appear in your Milviz F-86 folder.

What should I do with cfg files?

You need to edit your aircraft cfg by adding the new [flightsim.x] sections. It is explained in the text files in livery pack.
