For some reason, there are a tiny minority of video cards that can't seem to handle the 3d landing/taxi light textures, and will show an "unfolded" square polygon such as you've shown in your screenshot, or else can't handle the animated bones used to collapse the polygon when turned off.

These are precisely the same type of lights pioneered in the Lotus Sim L-39A, we are not alone in having that small minority of folks with this problem.

They only seem to appear whenever the sim is set for 'foggy' weather though.

That is definitely a nice color paint for my B55 collection. Where can I get it?
Thanks

I was wondering about if someone could do the following paints:

<snip>

I know some of them are B58 models, but I simply like the liveries :)
Great suggestions. I don't know why this model hasn't been more popular for repaints. Certainly a Forest Service lead plane would be easy to do. I loved the turquoise of 1249Z. I had a '57 Corvette that was the same color from the factory.

Bump to the top. I am surprised that there has been such little interest in repaints given the ubiquitous nature of the plane. I loved Skyhawk18's retro paint job. Anybody else know of some interesting repaints?
