You could try turning on auto rudder but that said, the real aircraft will keep your feet busy. Smooth steady rudder inputs instead of pulsed rudder inputs are the key.

I have checked auto rudder in FSX. Unfortunately, I am a Quadriplegic and can't use the foot rudder system..additional thoughts appreciated.

There's not much we can do... if you use the auto rudder it should go straight. If not, then you'd best check your joystick calibration.

If autorudder doesn't work for you, try rolling in some right rudder trim before take-off. Some joysticks have a twist function for Z-axis. Perhaps that would be of some help for you. Proper rudder input and coordinated flight is difficult for me even with two feet and rudder pedals. I hope you can find a solution that works for you. (OOPS sorry I didn't notice how old this topic was)

In the realism settings, set P-factor and Torque effects to minimum. This will affect other airplanes as well. If you are comfortable with editing the aircraft.cfg file, you can turn off the P-factor, Torque and Gyro effects in the [flight_tuning] section. If the airplane still doesn't go straight, then its a controller input/calibration problem.
