No. The 367-80 (not a 707, a hybrid that is closer to the KC-135 than the 707) was barrel rolled. The maneuver that everyone is calling a "loop" may have been some hybrid of a barrel roll, but I still haven't seen a good wide shot of the maneuver for me to say it was anything more than an aggressive chandelle because the views from most of the videos are either nearly under the plane for the maneuver or on the far end of the flight line and don't give good perspective with the cloudy skies. The video I linked which is further down the flight line isn't definitive, but it looks much more like a chandelle or duster turn than a loop.

Additionally, the lack of reporting from the major industry news sites of it being a "loop" makes me more incredulous about the claims because the only videos that say "loop" are not from media types, they're from spotters or general public and are all at high levels of zoom.
