Any chance of seeing the Tweetybird from MilViz in the future?
I mean, you already have the brilliant T-38, but the T-37/A-37 sure is a fun aircraft too. And there really isn't any alternatives out there, that is new and directed at P3D. The best example for FSX is no longer in sale, haven't seen any resellers either. I've found one freeware, and that's it.
