PC6 not loading correctly- [solved]

What could be the reason a model doesnt load (like my forts screen) ?

Your activation issue appears to be unique. For some reason, during the installation process, the installer is not reaching our activation server.
Without access to your local network, it is hard to determine exactly why.

Do you have the latest updates for Win7? Are you using a firewall?

So you confirm ,from your side that you can see the problem ? One (good) news

What I did when I had the same problem was to put my key in manually not copy and paste and everything was fine hope this helps

Hi ,just back from work today ,I decided to have à new try.
I download a new copy ,
Ferified firewall and AV off
This time ,all went good ,I CAN NOW FLY HERE !!
It is a masterpiece.

Hi,

unfortunately I have exactly the same problem. I redownloaded and reinstalled everything as administrator but still no luck. I´m not very good with Windows networks, could you please tell me how I can verifly that no Antivirus and Firewall are active in my installation? Does Windows 10 have a firewall of it´s own? Do I need to activily deactivate something before downloading? I didn´t get an error message during install so I cannot really pin down what the probem is.
