cockpit lights
I am not able to turn on the instrument or cockpit lighting. I have turned on the instrument light toggle switch, but the brightness adjustment dials don't move. All external lights work fine.

Did you follow the "rules of the road"? I.e. no AV on download and install, disabling AV on the sim directory, running the sim in administrator mode, making sure that, if you have it, the Estonia migration tool is fully disable, that you've got the latest sim updates?
Etc... etc...
Etc... etc...

Not being a new Milviz customer, I am diligent in the protocols mentioned, and usually don't have problems.
Could there be something else I could try?

Edit....You say the knobs don't move. You are using the mousewheel on them correct?
