The actual handle is not moving, nor responding to axis input. I'm using a PFC Throttle Quadrant, configured via FSUIPC. Works fine in any other plane (Majestic,PMDG,Aerosoft,FSLabs etc)

If you use the mouse, does it work?

I had read in an earlier post that a client changed the hardware map to prop1 and it went live .

Yes.

@Chuck Jodry - Thanks, that did the trick. Setting prop pitch to "Prop Pitch 1" in FSUIPC made it work!

I notice three issue on P3D4

In the cockpit none of the flip make sound;
The parking brake is effective even on the float version on the water;
Inside the simulator changing the load through the built in add ons system (in the upper tray) (cargo / passenger / prop cover etc) have no grapical effect

You likely do not have xmltools installed properly

There's a series of controls for float planes. The parking brake is anchor.

As well these are used for dock handling ,, Shift+P = back, hit keyboard (not numpad)"1" for left, "2" for right, or neither for straight.

The aircraft base folder has a selection of xml tools installers , right click the 64 bit version and run as an administrator , if there is an error that dll.xml cannot be found and it will not install there is an earlier post with the fix and options for working with accounts .

This happens when P3D is installed as Admin or with Admin privileges and afterwards Win logs on with a different user.

Please check this thread:
viewtopic.php?f=137&t=7628

Follow those steps, replacing v3 with v4, and use this format in dll.xml:

<Launch.Addon>
<Name>XMLTools64</Name>
<Disabled>False</Disabled>
<ManualLoad>False</ManualLoad>
<Path>XMLTools64.dll</Path>
<DllStartName>module_init</DllStartName>
<DllStopName>module_deinit</DllStopName>
</Launch.Addon>

All other devices are NOT necessarily supported.

FYI, the reason it doesn't work in this build is that we made it custom.
So Saitek and, in my case, CH Products throttle, are not typical?

How is the prop lever made 'custom'? Why not the throttle and mixture as well?

So I try to reinstall the xml 64 bit version as you suggest, the install went well, no error message.
Still no sound in the cockpit for the various flip.
And the cabin and map light can be turned on or off even when the battery switch is on the off position.

We support using the mouse and keyboard for those things and that should be obvious as it's impossible for us to have every single combination of hardware or even some of them.

What seems to be the issue here? That we're telling you what every dev tells you? That you're on your own when it comes to assigning keystrokes and mousing to specific hardware?

Yes. That's the case.

Nuff said.

@ Bushido > Do you have a series of .dll files in the base aircraft panel folder , MV3Dsound , amsinterop , I am wondering if some AV program is not permitting elements to remain or install .

The Installer was run as an administrator and you were logged on as an administrator on the same account as the sim is used ? . are you using W10 by chance .
Is your sim installed on remote disks or other considerations?

It may be needed to reinstall the entire plane as an admin by right clicking on the installer and do so with the AV program off temporarily.
