T-38 A redux and C Navigraph update

According to Navigraph There is a navdata update for the T-38's. Does anyone Know where i need to put the files into. Thanks in advance.
For the T-38C, your username\Appdata\Local\MVAMS\Configurations\T38C
For the T-38A, your username\Appdata\Local\MVAMS\Configurations\T38A
