P-38L in P3D V4.X

Am I missing something or are there no versions of any P-38 that work in P3D V4.X? The brochure pages for both the P-38L and the RB P-38 say versions 2.X and 3.X, but no V4.X. There is a Milviz P-38 in P3D V4.5 but it isn't Tacpack enabled.
