Distance to Destination issue

Hey Guys,
I have gone through the pages and pages of this forums, and I know I prob missed it, and if i did i apologies. I updated to the latest beta, I believe version 6, and since then when i program the FMC i seem to get weird calculations on every flight, am I doing something wrong or is this a known bug at this stage.
NOTE route is to YMEN, its approx 100nm route, next waypoint after dep is DUNNE which is 41.8NM yet the dest is showing at 1.7NM.
