Thank you for you continuing patience.
The last hotfix builds were not deemed adequate for release and so we continue to refine and rebuild. As we progress, some of the goals we set for the SP come within reach so may be included in the next HF.

I'm not a developer so I ask this out of ignorance - how possible is it to release a fix to just the drag and flight dynamics without any changes to other parts of the plane?

I wish there would be a hotfix to just fix the controls, so the people with external throttles can at least fly the plane for the first time.

Lots of these systems are interdependent - best to make sure they are all playing nicely before releasing a build.

Not sure why people are having this issue. I have been using the KA since day 1 of the release and apart from beta being a pain, I have zero issues setting from idle to full power with my old Saitek throttles. I use F2 to use beta and tend to ride the brakes a bit in the meantime and for lack of a better solution at this time.
I did have to run the throttle axis from memory through the P3D program rather than fsuipc though.

We have to test it first to make sure it is a step in the right direction - could be this weekend if all goes well but more likely early next week.
Did I miss something, or are we still on v1.0.1_191223?

Honestly, we had this out to our alpha buyers in September, so we thought we were genuinely across the finish line on release. My point being: this is very complex sim and predicting what bugs will show up and how long it will take to fix them is not very easy.

We had planned to have the SP1 out around now, but new issues have arisen, some of which are to do with filtering discrepancies in imported airport data, others have been revealed when fixing one function allows a rarer type of procedure to be attempted, which in turn, exposes a new bug.
The good news is that while the tougher problems are being worked on, the features we planned to add in the SP are pretty much finished.

Rest assured that we are all working hard to get the HF/SP out ASAP.

Thank you for you continuing patience.

Once more I kindly ask for a feature list so we know what will be solved :).

I think that list is a work in progress since they are fixing bugs that are showing up. Im sure they will provide a list once the build is completed and tested.

Many of the nav bugs are inter-related

Will there be a feature added to be able to load the last fuel load you saved with? Resuming a saved flight i this airplane is a huge PITA between the nav and all switches resetting and the fuel load defaulting to whatever you have set in mvams. Hopefully the last state function will work.
