Manauls as pdf?

Post by FSF6-5#Hr01 » Fri Mar 06, 2020 2:26 pm

Hi,

Considering buying the KA350. Downloaded the user manual.
My question is are there more manuals in pdf-form like for FMS etc or maybe the thick manual you used to create this product?
I would expect that for the price you are asking! PMDG is a nice example!

The original owners manual is over 600 pages long, so we decided it would be easier to make a series of instructional videos. We have them on hiatus while we fix some of the nav issues in the PL21. Once SP1 is released, we will continue.
The first ones are available here: https://milviz.com/flight/products/KA350/

Alternatively you could source an original manual from the net - our simulation is faithful to it.

Hi,

A video is not very handy compared to a book (pdf).
Other companies like PMDG, Majestic, Qualitywings, Flighr One and even the cheap Ant's Airplanes have very good ones that come with their a/c.

Considering the price of your product I would at least expect the same. You did it with the F-100 that I also own.

Will you provide documents as pdf with the KA350?

We need a good reference for something as complicated as the ProLine 21 suite with the fms-3000

A few videos do not replace a compendium in the form of a manual...

Sorry but that’s not going to happen. The actual manual runs to about 1500 pages

Sorry mate, but the blurb on the product says, unequivocally "Highly detailed product manuals included" (plural is Milviz's). There is one 60+ page "manual" and that's it. Not much help, actually.
The suggestion to watch videos on You Tube is disingenuous.
So OK, manuals are not going to happen. I'll tell you what is definitely going to happen: though I have purchased several Milviz products, and I like them a lot, this one will be the last I buy.
